We have been coming to your place for a while now and found it to be the best quality chip shop in the area, despite it not being the closest to us. However tonight I was really disappointed with the temperature of the food! The curry sauce and chips were piping hot and great quality however the same cannot be said for the fish and savaloys! To be be honest with you the savaloys were stone cold in the middle and I am sure would not have been stored at the correct holding temperature. I know you can argue that there had been a journey to account for however like I said other elements of the meal were a great temperature! I want to let you know as then at least you have the opportunity to keep an eye on these things a little closer in the future. Kate

I always ask for very lightly battered fish. I always get it. So I keep coming back; also of course, because it's so delicious and the chips, not soggy and fat soaked. I also find the text message reminders I sometimes receive, enterprising ! I like that.
